Once your design is finalized, fabrication begins in our Schenectady workshop. We use premium hardwoods, high-quality adhesives, and carefully controlled processes to ensure lasting performance. Every board is properly dried, selected, and assembled to minimize movement over time, while our temperature and humidity-controlled shop helps maintain consistency throughout fabrication and installation.
Every countertop begins with a precise template and a clear understanding of how the piece will live within your space. From kitchen islands and bar tops to bathroom vanities and commercial applications, we take the time to ensure every detail is considered before fabrication begins. The result is a countertop that fits beautifully, functions seamlessly, and is built specifically for your project.
Every countertop is finished with carefully considered edge details that enhance both the look and feel of the piece. From crisp, contemporary lines to softer profiles, each edge is crafted to complement the material and bring a refined finishing touch to your space.

Make a bold statement in your kitchen as an island, your dining room, home office, or conference room. These tops are constructed by taking a live edge slab, cutting it in half and turning the live edge inside, pouring resin down the center. This creates what looks like a river running through the table. We also use resin for touch-ups on tops with knots, nicks, or imperfections that are requested to be covered.
Live edge tops are taken from a single slab, leaving the debarked natural edge. We can also book-match two slabs from the same tree to give a mirrored image in the grain pattern for extra large tops.
This style is traditional, an old school method you would find in butcher shops for heavy cutting and utility use. Constructed by orientating boards end up and gluing them together. The standard for this style is 3" thick, additional thickness available from 2"- 6".
This is standard butcher block style. The wood is orientated in full length strips 1"-1 3/4" wide, edge up, leaving a straighter grain. Edge grain tops come standard at 1 1/2" thick, but are available from 1 1/4" to 8" thick.
Show off the grain of your wood with wide plank. Our wide plank tops will have random width, full length pieces, with board widths ranging from 3"-8" with a standard thickness of 1.5". Additional thickness from 3/4" up to a solid 4" is available on certain wood pieces.
Quality begins with the materials and continues through every step of the build process. Each countertop is handcrafted with precision and attention to detail, resulting in a durable, one-of-a-kind piece that is designed to stand up to everyday use while showcasing the beauty of the wood.
Every project begins with a conversation. Whether you have a clear vision or are just exploring ideas, we're here to help bring your space to life.
