At Urban Furniture Co., we believe great projects start with great wood. We work directly with local tree companies, landowners, and contractors to acquire hardwood logs that have been removed due to land clearing, construction, storm damage, or safety concerns. Rather than seeing these trees go to waste, we give them a second life by milling, drying, and preparing them for use in fine woodworking projects. Every board is processed in-house using our own sawmill and professionally dried in our iDry vacuum kiln to ensure stability, quality, and performance.
Premium HardwooD
We stock a rotating selection of kiln-dried hardwood lumber including Black Walnut, Red Oak, White Oak, Ash, Maple, Cherry, and Butternut. All lumber is properly kiln dried, surfaced, organized, and clearly priced for easy selection. Whether you're a hobbyist, woodworker, contractor, furniture maker, or simply looking for a unique slab, you're welcome to visit our shop and browse our inventory.
Our lumber showroom is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Customers are welcome to purchase raw lumber for their own projects, or work with our team to transform the material into a finished piece.
